RIGHTS:

The organisers reserve all the rights in connection with "Best Rooms"

TERMS Of REFERENCE:

In these rules and Regulations, the terms "Exhibitors" shall include all employees, staff and agents of any company. Partnership firm or individual to whom space has been allocated for the purpose of participating. The term "Exhibitor" shall mean the exhibition known as "Best Rooms". The term "organizers" shall mean Yatra Exhibits (P) Ltd., H.O: 204, Jala Chambers, 2nd Floor, No. 17/15, Kumara Krupa Road, Bangalore - 560 001. Ph: 091-080-22351774 / 22351775. FAX: 22351773

Allotment:

• Booth(s) will be allotted on first come first service basis.
• Allotment of booth(s) will be made at the sole discretion of the producers.
• The booth(s) allotted will be used solely by the participants for display of goods noted in their application form subletting of booth(s) or displaying goods not covered by the original application will not be allowed.
• Booth(s) will be handed over one day before the exhibition starts at 10:00 a.m. for decoration from the participants end.

STAND ALTERATION:

• No Alteration to the size of an Exhibitor's stand is permitted without the prior written approval of the producers.
• The producers reserve the right to modify the layout to booth sites and gangways.
• The organisers reserve the right to require Exhibitors to make such alterations to their booths, as to the setting of exhibits as they reasonably feel necessary to maintain an acceptable standard of presentation or to avoid interference with the displays of their Exhibitors.
• Conversion of an allocated shell scheme, site to a free Designs not permitted.
• While reasonable fixings may be made to the plush plywood walls of the shell scheme, no alterations to the facia structure of the format is permitted. Any attempt to do this will this will involve the reinstallation of the original structure at the expenses of the Exhibitor or his agent.
• Booths will not overhang the allotted area, nor are any obstructions permitted on gangways, fire points, extinguishers, or emergency exits.

BOOTH INTERIORS:

While the Exhibitors are free to decorate their booths to the. best of their ability for projecting the right image for their products and company, they should not cause any permanent damage to the walls, panels and floors through use of nails, painting or any other such activity.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Fifty percent (50)% advance at the time of booking of the booths, payable by crossed cheque or Demand Draft (D.D) drawn in favour of Yatra Exhibits (P) Ltd., Fifty percent balance on or before fifteen days before the exhibition starts.

Insurance:

• Insurance of the Exhibits and the booth will be the responsibility of the individual Exhibitors.
• The producers shall not be responsible in any way to personal injury to the Exhibitor or his staff, agent, invitees or licencees, however caused.
• Against all ascertainable risks from transportation to display and removal should be done by Exhibitor as their own cost. The organiser will be no way responsible.

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS:

In case of the show being cancelled or suspended in whole or in part for causes not in the organisers control, like riots Earthquake, War, Torrential rains, Fire, Cyclone Strikes & any other natural calamities, the organisers do not accept any consequential liability in any such eventuality.

DEFAULT ON PAYMENTS:

The producers reserve the right to cancel any reservation of space in the event of an Exhibitor not having paid the dues of rental charges as stipulated on the rate card. Payment already received will be forfeited in such cases.

SPACE NOT OCCUPIED:

• Every Exhibitor shall occupy the full stand area booked by him.
• Should an exhibitor fail to take up the stand allocated to him, the producers reserve the right to deal with the booth so unoccupied as they think fit.

NO SUB-LETTING:

The exhibitor may not assign sublet or grant licences in respect of the whole or any part of the booth. Cards, advertisements or printed matter of persons firms who are not bonafide exhibitors will not be Exhibited or distributed from any booth except that an exhibitor may distribute cards, advertisements or printed matter in respect of companies or firms, which are subsidies of Exhibitor or the Exhibitors ultimate holding company.

SECURITY:

Although a 24 hour security service will be in operation throughout the show, the exhibitors should take all possible precautions to minimize lose or damage to the equipment outside of Show Open Hours.

FAILURE OF SERVICE:

The producers will use their best endeavors to ensure supply of services to venues and of the official contractors, but as the supply of such services are not within the control of the venues and contractors neither they, nor the organisers shall incur any liability to the exhibitors for any loss or damage, if any service shall wholly or partially fail or seize to be available. Nor shall the Exhibitor be entitled to any allowance in respect of rental due or paid under the contract.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:

All onsite electrical installation must be carried out by the officially appointed electrical contractor before the connection to the mains supply. The stall lights power points will run on Diesel Generator Sets through out the event. Any failure in services, the producers are not liable for the losses.

SHOW HOURS:

Exhibitors will be allowed to enter the venue one hour before opening and must leave at least half hour after closing for security reasons

ENTERANCE FEE:

Nominal entry fee would be charged.

JURISDICTION:

Any dispute between the organisers and the exhibitor is subject to jurisdiction of the court of bangalore only.
